According to the lawsuit of the extraordinary general meeting of the 03/08/2004, recorded on August 14 2004 with the receipt of finances of Nabeul under the n°32282, it was decided the increase in the authorized capital of 607.520 dinars to 1581.800 dinars by:
* In a first stage, a new issue of capital in cash
by incorporation of the special reserve of the revaluation to the amount of 607.520 dinars
and the consequently emission of 60752 bonus shares of 10 dinars each one to allot to the shareholders.
* In a second stage and successively, an increase in cash of 303.760 dinars by the issue of 30.376 new shares of 10 dinars each one and a premium of emission of 50 dinars per action, rightly
of a new action for four old actions. This increase is
to release entirely.
